You might think it’s difficult to increase the traffic to your website, but if you’re doing some article marketing, drawing in an audience based on content, the importance of what you write is a key.
Some articles will bring in more readers than others, but most articles will bring something.
One of the most popular articles I ever wrote mentioned Victoria’s Secret and a shopping excursion with my daughters. There wasn’t a lot of information about Victoria’s Secret, but there was a lot of information about marketing in the article. The reality of the article was the marketing concept that included the name of the company that uses that concept, and how often I sold relevant products, including a marketing program related to that article.
Frequently, the thing you’re marketing isn’t in the article itself, and your article may never really mention what you’re marketing, but rather embody the real concept of what you’re marketing with a reference.
Can you sell product packaging to a retail client looking for ways to wrap his product? Of course you can, but more importantly, you maybe able to educate your buyer about the packaging options, and sell them a marketing program.
